Job Description

At Inetum, we’re driving digital transformation across industries — and we’re looking for a Project/Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments to lead complex transformation programs with confidence and clarity.

Your Mission
  • Provide strong project leadership and process expertise, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across business units from day one.
  • Lead steering committees, ensuring alignment on key decisions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Challenge the status quo and advocate for simplicity, securing stakeholder buy-in.
  • Ensure system integrators follow fit-to-standard principles, with strict governance on exceptions.
  • Oversee the transformation program, managing interdependencies across workstreams.
  • Coordinate sign-offs with third-party vendors, system integrators, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing full lifecycle transformation programs of significant scale and complexity.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to assess technical impacts.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally within Private Equity (PE)-backed companies.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional planning, organization, and time management — able to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Skilled in managing multiple workstreams, conflicting priorities, and multi-site projects.
  • Formal project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and hands-on experience with PM tools.
  • Demonstrated success managing system integrators and vendors to deliver on time, on scope, and on budget.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a tenacious, can-do attitude.

Notes: Candidates must be present at the client's offices in Braga at least twice a week.
