iTRTech Group in Portugal is hiring a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager for a hybrid role in Lisbon or Porto. You will oversee strategic security initiatives spanning concept to implementation, coordinating with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, and development teams.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in cybersecurity engineering and three years of IT or security project leadership, plus fluent French and English at C1.

Qualificações

• At least five years of professional experience in cybersecurity engineering or a closely related security function.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to oversee strategic security projects from initial concept through implementation.

You will work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, infrastructure and development teams, coordinating technical contributors and ensuring that projects meet agreed scope, budget, timeline, quality and compliance requirements.

This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact cybersecurity initiatives within an international banking environment where operational resilience, regulatory compliance and information security are critical.

Main Responsibilities

You understand technical security topics—including IAM, network security, security architecture and risk management—while also being able to manage schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies and executive reporting.

You are comfortable coordinating Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, IT Operations and development teams in a regulated international environment. You can translate complex security requirements into structured plans, measurable deliverables and realistic mitigation actions.

You communicate fluently in both French and English, take ownership of decisions and remain focused on delivering secure, compliant and high-quality outcomes.
