Job summary

Keenfinity Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary product development programs from concept through production. You will coordinate hardware, software, mechanical, and quality teams, guiding projects from development to industrialization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electronics project management, strong leadership, and experience with both waterfall and Agile approaches.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in electronics, product development, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with multidisciplinary engineering projects and NPI/industrialization processes.
• Experience with both waterfall and Agile/SCRUM methodologies; certs (PMP/PRINCE2/IPMA/Agile) are a plus.
