Keenfinity is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Portugal to lead multidisciplinary product development programs from concept through production. You will drive cross-functional engineering projects across hardware, embedded software, mechanical engineering, quality, operations, and manufacturing.

You will manage scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables, acting as the main interface between customers and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in electronics, product development, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with multidisciplinary engineering projects and NPI.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary product development programs from concept through production.

What You\'ll Do

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects from development to industrialization and manufacturing.


• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables.


• Coordinate teams across hardware, embedded software, mechanical engineering, quality, operations, and manufacturing.

• Knowledge of NPI, industrialization, and product development processes.


• Experience in both waterfall and Agile / SCRUM principles and methodologies


• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or Agile certification is a plus.
