PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D) leads and coordinates R&D projects from concept to completion. In this role, The Project Manager (M/F/D) will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, quality standards, budget constraints, risk management, and deadlines and act as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in R&D and/or the automotive sector
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
