Job summary

iTRTech Group in Portugal is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee complex tech projects and end-to-end delivery in a services environment. You will coordinate readiness, delivery, and partner engagement, leading cross-functional teams through a structured PM approach.

Requirements include fluent English, a bachelor’s in IT, 5+ years in IT project management, solid IT background, JIRA proficiency, and knowledge of PMP or PRINCE2 as a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English mandatory; Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, including complex projects or deals.
• Solid IT background with experience in system integration, data modeling and enterprise architecture.
• Proficient in JIRA for project tracking and workflow optimization.
• Experience with structured PM methodologies and documentation systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including executives and partners.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented; quick learner.
• Nice-to-have PMP or PRINCE2 certifications.

• Monitor telco implementation projects through validation, execution and closure, managing changes, risks, constraints and client follow-up.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports and KPI updates, maintaining complete documentation in an organized repository.
• Lead and motivate a matrix team of four or more people without direct authority, tracking tasks, deadlines and accountability.
