Job summary

Keenfinity Group is seeking an entry-level Project Management support role in Aveiro, Portugal. You will assist the Project Manager with planning, documentation, and communication, while tracking tasks and milestones to ensure timely delivery.

You will learn to identify risks, analyze project data, and apply standard methodologies. This role offers training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow within a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Project Planning: Support the creation of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation under the guidance of a Project Manager.
• Documentation and Reporting: Help prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations.
• Communication Support: Assist in facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Task Tracking: Monitor and track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Risk and Issue Identification: Learn to identify potential project risks and issues, and support the Project Manager in developing mitigation strategies.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze project data to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and company processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support the Project Manager in maintaining positive relationships with project stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions, mentorship opportunities, and seek feedback to improve project management skills.
