Job summary

wTVision ищет опытного менеджера проектов для руководства планированием и реализацией проектов в области вещания и технологий. Ваша роль — координировать работу межведомственных команд и обеспечивать соблюдение сроков и бюджета, взаимодействуя с клиентами и внутренними отделами.

Требуется опыт минимально 3 года в управлении сложными проектами, владение английским на уровне C1 и выше, а также готовность к командировкам. Предлагается гибкий график и пакет страхования.

Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта управления требовательными и быстрыми проектами, предпочтительно в agile-среде.
• Опыт ведения и координации кросс-функциональных команд.
• Сильные организационные и планировочные навыки, внимание к деталям.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки и владение техническим английским на уровень C1 и выше.
• Способность управлять приоритетами, автономно решать проблемы и адаптироваться к новым технологиям.
• Доказанный опыт управления конфликтами и поддержания позитивных рабочих отношений.
• Хорошие знания Excel и инструментов Google Workspace.
• Готовность к командировкам за границу.
• Будет плюсом сертификация по управлению проектами (PMI, PMO и т.п.).
• Знание вещательного сектора и соответствующих технологий.
• Опыт работы в вещательном или медиа-индустрии.
• Понимание этики бизнеса и организационных практик.

Responsibilities

• Создание детированных планов проекта: этапы, задачи, сроки и результаты.
• Координация и руководство междисциплинарными командами.
• Обеспечение ясного общения между внутренними командами и клиентами.
• Мониторинг прогресса проекта, идентификация рисков и принятие контрмер.
• Предвидение рисков и определение стратегий снижения.
• Обеспечение доставки проекта в рамках утвержденного срока и объема.
• Управление ожиданиями клиентов и поддержание рабочих отношений на протяжении проекта.

• Create detailed project plans, defining stages, tasks, timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate and lead cross functional teams across different departments
• Ensure clear and effective communication between internal teams and clients
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and take action to keep projects on track
• Anticipate risks and define mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timelines and scope
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong working relationships throughout the project

Требования

• 3+ years of experience managing demanding and fast paced projects, preferably in an agile environment
• Experience leading and coordinating cross functional teams
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in technical English, C1 level or higher
• Ability to manage priorities, solve problems autonomously and adapt to new technologies
• Proven ability to manage conflicts and maintain positive working relationships
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace tools
• Availability to travel internationally when required
