Responsabilidades

• Советовать, управлять или возглавлять проекты и обеспечивать выполнение ключевых результатов.
• Устанавливать структуру и управление проектами и взаимодействовать с ключевыми заинтересованными сторонами.
• Применять методы и опыт для планирования и выполнения проектов в срок, в рамках качества и бюджета.
• Организовывать и проводить встречи и семинары с использованием соответствующих методик.
• Поддерживать клиентов при реализации результатов проекта и своевременно отслеживать их.
• Подготавливать и сдавать презентации и отчеты для клиентов и руководства.
• Обеспечивать непрерывную поддержку команде, включая наставничество.
• Способствовать обмену знаниями внутри команды.
• Вносить вклад в постоянное совершенствование команды, методологий, инструментов и техник.

• Establish meaningful project structures and governance and manage key stakeholders

• Support clients in implementing project outcomes and follow up with clients

• Fluent English

• Ability to understand, explain, and support change
• Knowledge of BNP Paribas organisation, with organisation and strategy skills
