Responsabilidades

• Служить мостом между бизнес- и техническими командами.
• Управление ожиданиями клиентов по объему проекта и срокам.
• Презентация статусов проекта и решений техническим и не техническим аудиториям.
• Определение стратегий тестирования и сценариев интеграционных тестов.
• Проведение регрессионного тестирования и управление жизненным циклом дефектов в ALM Octane.
• Руководство User Acceptance Testing и обеспечение проверки пользователями.

The role supports a product focused on third-party data ecosystems, data integration, data quality, and real-time data accessibility.

Задачи

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements


• Translate high-level needs into functional and technical specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Maps


• Analyze current business processes and design improved future-state workflows


• Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for automation or digital transformation using BPMN and UML


• Manage and prioritize the product backlog with Product Owners


• Make decisions on feature essentiality against the Minimum Viable Product to support incremental value delivery


• Own requirements from inception through design and delivery


• Ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical designs throughout the project lifecycle


• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams


• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables


• Present project updates and proposed solutions to technical and non-technical audiences


• Define testing strategies and write Integration System Testing scenarios for data flows


• Perform regression testing and manage the defect lifecycle in ALM Octane


• Lead User Acceptance Testing by defining scenarios and guiding business users through validation


• Use data analysis to validate business assumptions and monitor data quality


• Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and solution success

Требования

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management


• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role


• Professional experience in Referential administration, data management, or databases


• Deep expertise in Agile frameworks, sprint management, backlog refinement, and MVP prioritization


• Advanced knowledge of Integration System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and regression testing


• Proficiency in ALM Octane, Jira, and Confluence


• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process modeling


• Knowledge of application architecture and system interfaces


• Fluent English, both spoken and written


• Rigor and attention to detail


• Ability to make quick, informed decisions under tight deadlines


• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and iterative feedback


• Ability to translate complex technical constraints into business language and lead productive group discussions
