Cloudcomputing in Lisbon is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex technology and digital transformation projects for international clients, with a focus on IAM and cybersecurity environments. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

The role requires strong planning, risk and stakeholder management, executive reporting, and governance, plus fluency in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably IAM, cybersecurity, or related domains.
• Proven experience managing complex technology projects and/or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, external suppliers, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources effectively.
• Experience with senior stakeholder management, executive reporting, and project governance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects end to end, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
• Manage communication with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, progress, risks, and expectations.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and quality, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Lead resource planning and allocation processes, coordinating with business areas to secure the required capabilities and availability.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, management updates, and executive presentations.
• Ensure effective project governance, documentation, and compliance with organizational processes.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, technical, and operational teams to support decision-making and remove delivery blockers.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, delivery processes, and team collaboration.
• Ensure project outcomes meet business requirements and agreed expectations.
