ARQUICONSULT invites an experienced Project Manager ERP with Dynamics 365 expertise to join our team in Portugal (Lisbon or Porto). You will lead ERP implementations, design business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across international projects.

The role combines structured training, opportunities for Microsoft certifications, and a clear career path within a dynamic, global consultancy. A hybrid work model is available after the academy period.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Project Manager role, preferably in ERP implementations.
• Experience with designing and implementing business processes in ERP environments is valued.
• Knowledge of Dynamics ERP ecosystems and related tooling is beneficial.
• Familiarity with AGILE and WATERFALL methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP project initiatives from discovery to go-live.
• Design and optimize business processes within supply chain and finance areas.
• Coordinate client-facing activities, teams and stakeholders across international projects.

PROJECT MANAGER ERP | DYNAMICS 365 – Oporto or Lisbon

About The Role

• Minimum experience of 3 years in a Project Manager role, preferably in implementing business solutions (ideally ERP's, where D365 F&O experience is especially valued);
• Designing and implementing solutions and processes in the business solution, preferably in consultancy is valued;
• Experience in analysis, modeling and design of business processes in the Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing functional areas is valued;
• Experience of working within teams that use WATERFALL and AGILE methodologies (preferred);
• Teamwork experience within a business context and associated with IT.
• Degree in Computer Science Management, Economics, Management, Engineering / Industrial Management or equivalent;
• Reasonable knowledge in business processes in the Supply Chain and Finance areas is valued;
• Good perception of business processes in an organizational context (preferred);
• Basic notions of data structures;
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of business applications (ERP ́s) such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/NAV/365, PHC, Primavera, SAP, SAGE;
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of AGILE and WATERFALL methodologies;
• Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese.
