ARQUICONSULT is hiring a Finance Junior Consultant to join the Dynamics 365 team in Lisbon and Oporto. The program emphasizes training through ARQUI Academy with a 9-month onboarding and hands-on project experience.

Candidates with some business or teamwork exposure are preferred, and fluency in English and Portuguese is required for collaboration across international projects.

Qualificações

• No actual work experience required, but preference for candidates with business or teamwork experience.
• Degree in Economics, Computer and Business Management, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent.
• Basic notions of data structures.
• Knowledge of financial processes such as accounting, budgeting, treasury and cash flow, payroll, financial and fiscal management, control.
• Knowledge of AGILE methodology (preferred).
• Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Attend a solid training and certification program through ARQUI Academy for a 9-month onboarding and project experience.
• Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and client projects.
• Collaborate in international and multicultural project contexts.
• Travel availability within and outside the country for specific projects.

What do we consider to be essential, for you to be successful in this role

No actual work experienced is required, however we give preference to candidates that already have some business and / or teamwork experiences.

Degree in Economics, Computer and Business Management, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent;

Basic notions of data structures;

Knowledge of business processes in the financial area such as: general and analytical accounting, budgeting (preferred), treasury and cash flow, salary processing (preferred), financial and fiscal management (notions of), management control (preferred);

Knowledge in concepts of AGILE methodology (preferred);

Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese.
