Job Description:

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Defining the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders;
• Developing a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation;
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers;
• Managing project budget and resource allocation efficiently with support from a program PMO, and collecting and analyzing feedback on the MVP to inform future developments;
• The service will require business expertise in European Regulation regarding Insurance (Solvency 2, Solvency Capital Requirements (=SCR));
• Expertise in conducting MVP, engaging with business experts from Solvency 2 and Finance, and engaging with several CxO and CxO direct reports stakeholders.

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• At least 5 years in a Project Manager role;
• Expertise in solvency processes and technical frameworks related to economic capital;
• Experience in Data or Cloud (AWS or Azure) will be valued;
• Expertise in project management methodologies like Agile and management tools such as Jira or MS Project;
• Proactive problem-solving attitude, adaptability, and resilience in managing complexities;
• Ability to manage large-scale programs in complex environments;
• Fluency in English (C1 level) is mandatory, and fluency in French is valued.
