randstad is recruiting for a client, a renowned bank that´s seeking a Project Manager Communication for a temporary project
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the project development and implementation, supporting all communication needs in terms of employer branding, external and internal communication and events management;
- Be the main point of contact for the project communication, collaborating closely with Communication, HR, Change Management and other Business and Support Functions Teams;
- Build trusted working relationships with all the internal stakeholders, engaging the dedicated teams in all communication initiatives;
- Coordinate the relationship with key communication suppliers (design, video, photo, agencies);
- Support the Corporate Communication team in the transversal communication strategies aimed at activating Natixis brand in Lisbon, animating the internal communication strategy in the local office (Lisbon);
- Monitor KPIs, provide analytics, insights and benchmarks to adapt strategies and maximize their effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or Project Management (preference for communication agency or international company experiences);
- Strong project management and strategy definition skills;
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, namely Sharepoint, Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI and Adobe Suite knowledge would be much-valued plus;
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); French would be a much-valued plus;
