Kantar is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Technology and Business Services.

You will design plans, manage milestones, and keep stakeholders across geographies aligned while delivering on time, budget, and quality. A strong background in finance processes and ERP projects is beneficial.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in transformation, process improvement or system implementation (ERP) is helpful.
• Ability to work across global and matrixed organisations.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Finance Transformation projects from planning through to delivery.
• Create and manage clear project plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Work with stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Business Services teams to drive progress.
• Ensure projects stay on track in terms of scope, timelines, budget and quality.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies, and support timely resolution.
• Prepare clear updates and materials for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to understand current processes and define improvements.
• Support the implementation of new systems, processes and ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve Finance processes.
• Capture learnings and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Ideal Skills And Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in managing projects in complex, cross‑functional environments
• Background or understanding of Finance processes is beneficial
• Experience in transformation, process improvement or system implementation (e.g. ERP) is helpful
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with appropriate support and manage competing priorities
• Structured approach to delivery, including planning, risk and issue management
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage resources effectively
• Familiarity with project management approaches (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMP or similar)
• Ability to work across global and matrixed organisations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
