SAP Project Manager - Integrated Inventory

Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of the SAP Integrated Inventory module, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in line with global PMO standards.
- Technical Oversight: Collaborate with IT and architecture teams to ensure that system design, data flows, and integration points meet business and operational requirements.
- SAP Module Integration: Coordinate and oversee the integration of key SAP modules:
- SAP MM (Materials Management): Procurement and inventory management.
- SAP WM (Warehouse Management): Warehouse operations and stock movements.
- SAP IM (Inventory Management): Tracking and managing stock levels.
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution): Outbound logistics and sales-related inventory impacts.
- SAP PP (Production Planning): Inventory planning related to manufacturing.
- SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling): Valuation and financial impact of inventory.
- SAP S/4HANA: Digital core providing real-time data and analytics.
- SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management): Advanced warehouse functionality (if applicable).
- Process Optimization: Identify and lead improvements in inventory tracking, actual costing, and forecasting using SAP tools, automation, and data analytics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements, align priorities, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks, define mitigation plans, and maintain momentum to ensure successful delivery.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed technical and functional documentation; prepare dashboards and progress updates using Power BI, Excel, and SAP Solution Manager.
- Training & Support: Facilitate knowledge transfer and end-user training to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing system support
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP project management, preferably with a focus on inventory or supply chain-related modules.
- Solid IT and system integration background, including data modeling and SAP architecture understanding.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM, WM, IM, SD, PP, FICO, and S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to interact across business and technical teams.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with predictive analytics and automated inventory forecasting.
- Familiarity with SAP PaPM, Fiori apps, and ABAP debugging.
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies and PMO governance frameworks
