Job summary

Bee Engineering ICT is seeking an experienced Project Manager/PMO to lead cross‑functional projects in Lisbon or Porto. You will oversee KPI tracking, stakeholder engagement, and governance processes while balancing budgets and resources.

A strong command of Jira/Confluence and Agile methods is essential. Fluency in French and English is mandatory, and a 50/50 hybrid work arrangement in Lisbon or Porto is available, offering diverse training, career development, and a global collaboration

• At least 4 years of experience in roles such as Project Manager/PMO.
• Experience managing KPIs and developing reports.
• Experience managing stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Governance and Risk Management processes.

• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
• Availability for a hybrid arrangement in Lisbon or Porto (50% office / 50% remote).
