Prime Nearshore is hiring an IT Project Coordinator in Portugal for the ERP BRIDGE Program. This mid-level role involves steering activities, tracking deliverables, and aligning teams in a hybrid work model.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience with strong communication skills and a good understanding of ERP environments like SAP S/4HANA. The salary package ranges from €2000 to €3000 base, along with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end steering of activities related to Core Applications and Local Systems within the ERP BRIDGE Program along with the senior PMO in the scope of this project.
• Contribute to the definition, consolidation, and monitoring of detailed planning activities.
• Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and risks; escalate blockers when needed.
• Align local and global teams to ensure coherence of integration activities.
• Support workshop organization, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, and supporting materials.
• Draft and distribute Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and follow up on action items.
• Assist in mapping and planning interfaces between Core Enablers, Local Systems, SAP S/4HANA, and Global Data Platform (GDP).
• Coordinate with architects, integration teams, and technical leads to ensure timely progress.
• Maintain project documentation including interface inventories, dependency matrices, planning trackers, integration registers, and operational reports.
• Provide regular and structured status updates to project leadership.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and templates.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Coordination, PMO, or Integration Support roles.
• Experience working in large transformation programs (ERP, data, digital, integration projects).
• Good understanding of ERP environments (SAP S/4HANA).
• Solid understanding of system integration principles and data flows.
• Experience with planning tools.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Fluent level of English and Portuguese.
