The Project Manager – AI Initiatives is part of the Product Transformation – Program Management Office (PMO) and serves as the alignment anchor and delivery driver for Sovos’ most strategic AI programs. Sitting at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, and business transformation, this role ensures every initiative has clear objectives, measurable key performance indicators (KPIs), defined roles and responsibilities, and agreed-upon milestones and timelines.
You will monitor progress against plan, proactively address risks, and work across teams to remove blockers that slow delivery. Acting as the central point of coordination, you’ll facilitate decision-making, guide stakeholders through change, and ensure that every AI initiative delivers tangible business outcomes on time, within budget, and to scope.
