Overview

The project managers within DRIVE act as architects of the GM / ALMT Value Chain, working for vertical (Front-Office to Back-Office) or transversal (across several Front Office user groups or locations) projects, especially for their implementation phase. The DRIVE Project Management Office team is located in Lisbon, Portugal and the main mandate is to support DRIVE Management and DRIVE Project Managers worldwide.

Your Main Activities

• Monitor DRIVE projects/ programs through project status reporting, quality assurance and budget coordination
• Act as Committee Secretary for DRIVE management meetings by scheduling meetings, gathering information, preparing presentations, and recording decisions made
• Answer ad-hoc reporting, when requested
• Provide operational support to the DRIVE community, including project management, resource onboarding, training, and other occasional forms of support
• Ensure continuous improvement in areas such as project standards and project templates
• Work as a Project Management analyst in some DRIVE projects
