Blip.pt is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects within one of Blip's brands. The role demands leadership, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder management to align programs with business objectives and drive successful delivery.

The successful candidate will oversee governance, budgets, and schedules, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize resources, mitigate risks, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Solid experience in program/project management roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in line management is a must.
• Strong knowledge of project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive results.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and manage programs ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver intended business value.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring effective coordination, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Establish and manage program governance structures, ensuring risk mitigation, compliance, and reporting requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on program progress and challenges.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in program and project management methodologies.
• Manage a programme team and its contribution to the achievement of the programme’s objectives and providing clear direction and support in the development and delivery of the programme.
• Mentor and coaching team members.
• Build strong collaborative working relationships across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance efficiency within the program delivery framework.
