Bosch Service Solutions S.A. in Portugal is seeking a Program Manager for the Electronics Task Force landscape. You will unite cross-functional teams, manage risks, and enable executive decisions with clear, concise insights.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, structured processes, and proactive problem solving to support strategic supply chain initiatives and international collaboration.

Qualificações

  • Education: university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or comparable field.
  • Experience: several years in project, program or portfolio management, ideally international.
  • Know-how: strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Working style: structured, proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Personality: confident communicator with relationship-building skills.
  • Languages: fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

  • Steer the overall Task Force landscape and provide consolidated status, risks and mitigations.
  • Drive alignment and prioritization between Task Force Leads and business priorities.
  • Establish transparent governance, reporting and governance structures across all task forces.
  • Enable executive decision-making by translating topics into insights for senior management.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Business Units and suppliers.
  • Manage risks and dependencies across the Task Force landscape.
  • Lead management communication through steering meetings and reviews.
  • Strengthen collaboration across organizational boundaries and drive topic progress.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Task Force processes and reporting standards.

Formação académica

University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or comparable field

Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Electronics and semiconductor supply chains are critical to our business. As Program Manager for the Electronics Task Force landscape, you will play a key role in bringing together cross-functional teams, managing critical risks and enabling executive management to make fast, informed decisions.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Steer the overall Task Force landscape: Act as the central point of contact for executive management, providing a consolidated view of status, key risks, dependencies and mitigation actions.
  • Drive alignment and prioritization: Ensure effective synchronization between individual Task Force Leads and align activities with business priorities.
  • Establish transparent governance: Develop and maintain clear communication, reporting and governance structures across all task forces.
  • Enable executive decision-making: Consolidate relevant information and translate complex topics into clear, decision-ready insights and recommendations for senior management.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate stakeholders across Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Business Units and suppliers to drive effective solutions.
  • Manage risks and dependencies: Track critical supply chain risks, interdependencies and mitigation measures across the Task Force landscape.
  • Lead management communication: Organize and facilitate steering meetings, management reviews and executive reporting.
  • Strengthen collaboration: Facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts and create alignment across organizational boundaries without direct disciplinary responsibility.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Continuously improve Task Force processes, collaboration models, governance mechanisms and reporting standards.
Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education:You have a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a comparable field.

Experience:

  • You have several years of experience in project, program or portfolio management, ideally in an international environment.
  • Experience in supply chain, purchasing, electronics or semiconductor topics is an advantage.

Know-how:

  • You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and are experienced in coordinating complex, cross-functional projects without direct disciplinary responsibility.
  • You are confident in management reporting, risk management and working with senior stakeholders.

Working Style and Methods

  • You work in a structured, proactive and solution-oriented way.
  • You can manage different priorities, understand complex topics quickly and communicate them clearly.
  • You enjoy bringing people together and driving topics forward.

  • You are a confident communicator who builds strong relationships with different stakeholders.

Languages:You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.
