Alter Solutions in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead governance across a set of interdependent projects for a major banking client in a regulated production environment.

You will coordinate IT and business teams, manage risks and milestones, ensure alignment with strategic priorities, and oversee budget tracking and executive reporting. Fluent English required; French is a plus.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in IT Production / Application Support.
• 3+ years in program or project management roles.
• ITIL v4, PMP/PRINCE2, SRE or FinOps certs are a plus.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional with strong experience in program governance, IT production environments and cross-functional coordination within regulated and complex organisations. Your Mission: As Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring proper governance and steering of a program composed of multiple interdependent projects, aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.
