A International Schools Partnership Limited procura um(a) Educador(a) de Música Pré-Escolar para Planear, entregar e avaliar experiências de aprendizagem de alta qualidade no ensino primário, promovendo desenvolvimento académico, social, emocional e pessoal num ambiente inclusivo.

Assume-se liderança pedagógica, gestão do corpo docente, monitorização do progresso dos alunos e comunicação com famílias, assegurando conformidade com regulamentos internos e políticas pedagógicas.

Qualificações

  • Bacharel em Educação Primária ou equivalente.
  • Certificação/licença de ensino válida conforme regulações locais.
  • Mínimo de experiência de ensino no ensino primário.
  • Experiência em escolas bilíngues ou internacionais é uma mais-valia.
  • Fortes competências de gestão de turma e de instrução.
  • Bom conhecimento do desenvolvimento infantil e de metodologias de ensino adequadas à idade.
  • Boas competências de comunicação e interpessoais.
  • Capacidade de planeamento, organização e avaliação.
  • Capacidade de differentiacao da instrução para atender necessidades diversificadas.
  • Mentalidade colaborativa e trabalho em equipa de ensino.
  • Compromisso com o desenvolvimento profissional contínuo e aprendizagem centrada no aluno.

Responsabilidades

  • Designar, implementar e supervisionar o programa académico primário.
  • Garantir a entrega eficaz do currículo e metodologias pedagógicas.
  • Promover práticas de ensino inovadoras e centradas no aluno.
  • Analisar resultados académicos e definir planos de melhoria contínua.
  • Coordinar, orientar e avaliar a equipa docente primária.
  • Identificar necessidades de desenvolvimento profissional e apoiar formação contínua.
  • Conduzir reuniões pedagógicas e fomentar o trabalho em equipa.
  • Participar no recrutamento e integração de novos docentes.
  • Supervisar o progresso académico, social e emocional dos alunos.
  • Implementar estratégias de apoio a necessidades específicas de aprendizagem.
  • Assegurar um ambiente de aprendizagem seguro, inclusivo e positivo.
  • Coordenar gestão de comportamento e bem-estar.
  • Manter comunicação com pais e encarregados de educação.
  • Participar em reuniões de pais, conferências e eventos escolares.
  • Preparar relatórios académicos e de desempenho para a secção primária.
  • Coordenar horários, avaliações e atividades escolares.
  • Assegurar conformidade com políticas internas e regulações educativas.

Purpose of Role To plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences for primary school students, fostering their academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, while implementing the school curriculum in alignment with the school's mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities
Academic and Pedagogical Leadership
  • Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program.
  • Ensure effective delivery of the curriculum and pedagogical methodologies.
  • Promote innovative, student-centered teaching practices.
  • Analyze academic results and establish continuous improvement plans.
Teaching Staff Management
  • Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team.
  • Identify professional development needs and support ongoing training.
  • Lead pedagogical meetings and foster collaborative teamwork.
  • Participate in the recruitment and induction of new teaching staff.
Student Monitoring
  • Oversee students' academic, social, and emotional progress.
  • Implement support strategies for students with specific learning needs.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
  • Coordinate behavior management and wellbeing strategies.
Family Engagement
  • Maintain effective and timely communication with parents and guardians.
  • Participate in parent meetings, conferences, and school events.
  • Address and follow up on concerns or significant situations.
Administrative Management
  • Prepare academic and performance reports for the Primary section.
  • Coordinate timetables, assessments, and school activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and educational regulations.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field.
  • Valid teaching certification or license, as required by local regulations.
  • Minimum of X years of teaching experience in Primary Education.
  • Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
  • Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
  • Sound knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and assessment skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and student-centered learning.
