Tenth Revolution Group in Lisbon is seeking a Professional Security DevOps Engineer (Azure) to help secure and automate cloud infrastructure for a major European energy company. The role blends cloud security, DevOps, and software engineering to protect critical systems.

You will work in a hybrid Lisbon office with onboarding and collaboration across teams in Germany, contributing to security standards, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC deployments.

Competenze

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in a DevOps or DevSecOps environment.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates).
• Good understanding of Cloud Security principles and best practices.
• Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
• Experience with monitoring, security controls, and incident management.

Professional Security DevOps Engineer (Azure) | Lisbon, Portugal

Are you experienced in Azure, DevOps, and Cloud Security and looking to help shape the digital future of one of Europe’s largest energy companies? Then this opportunity could be exactly what you're looking for!

Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

• Onboarding phase: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
• After onboarding: 2 days in the office / 3 days remote

Up to approximately €49,000 gross per year, plus benefits.

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience in a DevOps or DevSecOps environment
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates)
• Good understanding of Cloud Security principles and best practices

Nice to Have

• Azure Security certifications (AZ-500, SC-100, etc.)

We are not looking for a traditional system administrator. We are seeking an Azure Cloud Security / DevSecOps Engineer who can automate cloud infrastructures, establish and improve security standards, and support development teams in implementing security best practices.
