faurecia S.A. is offering a 6-month internship in Viseu, Portugal, focusing on mechanical engineering and industrial management. Interns will observe production processes, support improvements, and contribute to optimizing factory workflows.

Internship Overview

The internship will last 6 months and will be conducted through IEFP.

Responsibilities

• Observe and understand the improvement tools used in the factory.
• Support the implementation of organizational methods and improvements in work processes.
• Understand the factory’s production processes and contribute to the optimization of procedures.
• Identify possible improvements in work methods, organization, and production flow.
• Apply continuous improvement concepts to increase efficiency and quality.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management Engineering, or a similar field.
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) and basic computer skills, especially Excel.
• Interest in the industrial field and production processes.
