Zendesk Poland is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, deploy, and continuously improve ML systems powering our enterprise intelligence. You’ll own the complete lifecycle—from problem understanding and model development to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

You'll collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and Analytics professionals to deliver scalable ML solutions that become part of our core platform, with a hybrid working model and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
• Master's or PhD is a plus, but not required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or related field.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models that power business outcomes.
• Develop scalable ML pipelines that ingest data, retrain models, validate performance, and serve predictions.
• Work with structured and unstructured data using modern ML and NLP techniques.
• Monitor production models and improve performance through testing and iteration.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to deliver ML solutions.
