Zendesk is recruiting an Applied ML Scientist to advance customer intelligence by training models, designing experiments, and deploying production systems that surface actionable insights. You will work with structured and unstructured data, applying embeddings and LLMs where useful.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, from problem formulation to monitoring in production. You will collaborate with AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Analysts within the Enterprise Data & Analytics team,

Qualificações

• 3–5 years' experience in applied ML, data science, or related field.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline.
• Advanced degrees welcome but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Train, evaluate, and deploy models predicting revenue-related outcomes.
• Design and run experiments to relate customer signals to business results.
• Build production ML pipelines that learn and retrain at scale.
