Crealis Group is seeking a Production Coordinator to join its manufacturing team in Aveiro, Portugal. You will plan, coordinate, and optimize production activities transforming wood and cork into high-quality products, ensuring safety, quality, sustainability and on-time delivery.

You will report to the Plant Manager and lead operators and technicians while driving continuous improvement across processes and materials. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Industrial, Production, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the wood and cork industry.
• Knowledge of production planning and industrial manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good technical English.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities and orders.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and delivery targets are achieved.
• Monitor KPIs such as efficiency, waste, and OEE.
• Lead and coordinate production operators and technicians.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen).
• Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize the use of raw materials, processes, and operational costs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Promote a safe, collaborative, and sustainable work environment.
