We are seeking a Production Control Manager to play a key role within our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) organization, leading the design and execution of a leveled, pull-based framework that brings speed, stability, and reliability to our operations. In this role, you will help drive a culture of continuous improvement, applying Lean Manufacturing and Toyota Production System (TPS) principles to stand up a production control function that is efficient, transparent, and built for long‑term excellence. This role does not own production scheduling but enables effective decision‑making on priorities, trade‑offs, and capacity allocation across the network.
