Wonderful is hiring a Deployment Strategist to help enterprise customers land AI deployments. You embed deeply with customers, define scope and success metrics, and translate needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams.

You will spend time onsite with customers, guiding pilots through production rollout and ensuring value is delivered. You’ll need strong communication, the ability to structure ambiguity into concrete plans, and a high ownership mindset as you coordinate across

Qualificações

• Experience in deployment-focused, technical or execution-oriented roles.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete plans.
• Comfort with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Embed deeply with customers to understand processes and solve the most important problems.
• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows and success criteria.
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
• Translate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers during deployment.
• Support production launches and ensure solutions are adopted and working as intended.
• Monitor deployed agents and drive follow-up improvements based on usage.
• Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers.
