Planet seeks a production-focused AI workflow engineer to design and deliver AI-powered processes across HR, Finance, Operations, and CRM. You will build agents, prompts, and pipelines, ensuring reliable, auditable decisions and measurable improvements in accuracy and speed.

Strong Python skills and API integration experience are essential. You will own model behaviour in production, address edge cases, and collaborate with Data Engineering to maintain robust infrastructure, CI/CD, and data

Qualificações

• Strong software engineering background (Python or similar).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems (LLMs, classifiers, inference).
• Experience integrating APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience designing prompts or retrieval pipelines for ML workflows.
• Solid understanding of model evaluation, monitoring and feedback loops.
• Product-focused mindset, production readiness and pragmatic AI decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build production-grade AI workflows across internal systems (HR, Finance, Ops, CRM).
• Implement orchestration logic (triggers, retries, fallbacks, human-in-the-loop).
• Develop and maintain AI agents, prompts, and retrieval pipelines.
• Own model behaviour in production: accuracy, failure modes, edge cases.
• Iterate on model performance with evaluation frameworks and real-world data.
• Define and track success metrics (accuracy, resolution rate, time saved).
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on infrastructure, CI/CD, data pipelines, security and governance.
