Job Overview

We are part of the Group Function Innovation & Technology at Körber, driving innovation through the identification and implementation of cutting-edge technologies. Our focus spans automated, intelligent, and regenerative solutions in the manufacturing context—such as humanoid robotics, digital twins, advanced sensor systems, and Generative AI (GenAI) use cases—enabling transformative solutions across the organization and ensuring the Körber portfolio is future-proof.

We are looking for an experienced Product Strategy & Project Manager with a passion for innovation, AI, and emerging technologies to join our team. This role will focus on driving the identification, prioritization, and delivery of impactful strategy projects and use cases, while facilitating collaboration between stakeholders, engineers, and business teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and organizational skills, eager to champion technology initiatives and translate business needs into actionable projects.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and emerging technologies, ready to make a tangible impact by advancing Körber’s innovation agenda. In this highly dynamic role, you’ll have the chance to actively shape a new organizational setup and drive a global innovation initiative across Körber.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary interface between stakeholders, engineers, designers and business teams to align on objectives and priorities for future-proofing the Körber portfolio.
  • Drive the end-to-end process of discovering, prioritizing, and scaling impactful use cases and projects for GenAI and emerging technologies, collaborating with technical teams to ensure feasibility, business alignment, and measurable value.
  • Translate business needs into clear project requirements and roadmaps, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, ideation sessions, and innovation sprints to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of initiatives within Körber’s Innovation & Technology group function.
  • Drive and amplify technology-induced change across the organization, supporting effective change management and adoption of new solutions.
  • Stay informed about trends in emerging technologies to guide strategy and inspire new use case ideas.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Product Strategy, Project Management, Product Ownership, or consulting—ideally within a manufacturing or digital transformation environment.
  • Strong enthusiasm for automated, intelligent, and regenerative technologies, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and scale impactful use cases and communicate their business value.
  • Degree in business, business engineering, engineering, or a related field, providing you with a strong cross-functional understanding of both business and technical aspects.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and being “C-level ready.”
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and technical language into business-friendly terms.
  • Experience or strong interest in change management and in driving technology-induced transformation within organizations.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required; German language skills are a plus.
