Dstny is seeking a Product Owner to lead the delivery of our end-user communication applications across web, desktop, and mobile. You will own the backlog and align product strategy with engineering to shape an experience used by millions to call, chat, and collaborate.

In this hands-on role you will drive cross-platform consistency, set acceptance criteria, and coordinate releases across platforms, including app store cycles.

Qualificações

• At least 4 years as Product Owner on user-facing web/mobile apps.
• Experience delivering across web, desktop, and native mobile.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and architecture trade-offs.
• Experience with design systems and collaborating with UX designers.
• Knowledge of mobile release processes (App Store / Google Play).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the backlog and translate objectives into sprint plans.
• Drive cross-platform UX continuity across web, desktop, iOS, and Android.
• Define quality standards including performance and accessibility.
• Coordinate releases and manage app store submission cycles.
• Bridge strategy and execution with roadmap commitments.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, QA, and external partners.
• Lead through influence without formal people management.
