Job Summary

ComparaJá.pt is looking for a Product Owner with an entrepreneurial mindset to contribute to the growth of our fintech platform, helping thousands of people save time and money. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your contributions directly support user experience improvements and strategic business outcomes.

As a Product Owner, you will support the development and optimization of our platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to align product enhancements with user needs and company objectives. You\'ll also play a key role in analyzing product performance and providing insights to guide data-informed decisions at the leadership level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of product improvements aligned with business priorities
  • Contribute to the definition and prioritization of new features in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Manage the product backlog, including writing and organizing user stories and initiatives in collaboration with the team
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to facilitate the implementation of platform updates
  • Analyze website usage data and user feedback to identify areas for product and UX optimization
  • Suggest enhancements to improve platform functionality and overall user experience
  • Assist in maintaining clear product documentation, including requirements and project timelines
  • Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making by management
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to help shape product evolution
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in an online business
  • Ability to define and manage product roadmaps that reflect strategic initiatives, vision, and objectives (OKRs)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to structure information clearly to define precise requirements
  • Skilled in building, analyzing, and interpreting analytical reports related to product performance and user behavior
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned work
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests in collaboration with UX teams to validate user satisfaction
  • Practical experience in application development and working within Scrum methodology
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and SQL
  • Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus: Notion, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Cloud BigQuery and Zapier
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
