Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Product Manager UX Orchestration in Portugal. This leadership role makes ad tech simple, scalable, and self-serve for publishers. You own the no-code configuration layer across formats, players, consent, and paywalls to boost activation without engineering support.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance to ensure cross‑surface UX across tools, platforms, and WordPress. An AI-native, agented approach will guide decisions and turn configuration into measurable

Qualifications

• This role requires 3+ years of Product Management work on self-serve or configuration-heavy platforms.
• Demonstrated strong UX sensibility and ability to simplify complex configurations.
• Technical literacy; familiarity with API-first design and WordPress plugin environments; coding not required.
• Strong systems-thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the no-code configuration strategy with clear boundaries for self-serve vs internal tooling.
• Own the roadmap for ad-format activation and tagging for independent publisher configuration.
• Simplify configuration journeys to improve adoption and reduce support demand.
• Own configuration for video templates, including behavior and appearance customization.
• Lead video catalog management capabilities across uploads, metadata, and scalability.
• Own CMP and paywall template configuration ensuring consistent experiences.
• Align cross-surface UX across back-office tools, client surfaces, native experiences, and WordPress.
• Promote design-system patterns and clear data contracts and access-control rules.
• Apply an agentic-first philosophy so UI features are executable by AI agents.
• Audit workflows to identify gaps between human and agent capabilities and prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account, Product, Design, Compliance, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable tools.
• Foster pragmatic problem-solving, prioritization, transparency, and continuous improvement.
