Introduction :

As a Product Manager, you will own the execution of our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions that align with business goals. Your focus will be on transforming ideas into tangible results—from concept to launch—ensuring products meet user needs and business objectives. You will join Thrive, a key part of our mission to free two billion people from pain. Thrive is a clinically rigorous digital physical therapy solution that combines Doctors of Physical Therapy with Phoenix, our AI Care Specialist, providing personalized, real-time feedback as effective as in-person care, all from home.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute product strategy and meet business objectives.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from problem identification and prioritization to feature development and delivery.
• Use data-driven insights to analyze performance and inform product decisions.
• Partner with Design for user research, usability testing, and experiments, incorporating customer feedback into product development.
• Define and refine success metrics, using user data and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Prioritize features based on data, business impact, and user needs to ensure efficient delivery of high-impact solutions.
• Communicate updates, priorities, and results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.

What you need to have:

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to influence and drive initiatives in complex environments
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams to build products
• Good instincts for balancing user needs and business impact
• Growth mindset and willingness to develop your skills

Salary range: €37,703 - €59,247 annually, including base, variable, and equity components. Compensation is flexible based on skills, experience, and impact. Sword offers additional benefits as listed in our benefits package.
