Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager in Portugal for ownership of key product areas within a remote-first setup. You will shape strategy, define priorities, and drive outcomes that deliver measurable value for customers and the business.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to transform complex workflows into intuitive SaaS experiences, ensuring adoption, scalability, and long-term growth.

Requirements:

• Strong product management expertise with the ability to identify meaningful problems and prioritize impactful solutions.
• Proven experience translating customer feedback, data analysis, and business requirements into actionable product strategies.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in evolving and ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Passion for creating products that deliver long-term customer value and drive engagement.
• Experience with enterprise software environments and sophisticated business workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or data-intensive SaaS products is considered an asset.
• Experience building platform capabilities that support multiple customer use cases is a plus.
