The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Product Manager to join our dedicated product development team in Dublin or Porto to design and execute the strategy, roadmap, and new features of our successful ad-serving platform.

Product Management is vital to EXADS as we innovate our technology platform and evolve our advertising products. Reporting to the Product Director, the Product Manager should have a passion for open-source software, product development, user experience, analytics, and design, working in a dynamic and challenging environment. They will need to gain deep product knowledge, analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, and lead the team from conception to delivery of new products or services.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap, staying updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance and market product capabilities.
• Plan and coordinate product launches with transparency for all stakeholders.
• Manage project delivery of key features from planning to market success.
• Gather and document product requirements and acceptance criteria for multidisciplinary squads.
• Incorporate market analysis, research, and usability studies into product requirements.
• Support product development teams.
• Define, analyze, and report on product success metrics.
• Improve internal processes for product delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date customer-facing documentation.
• Onboard and train new Product team members.

Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years of product management experience.
• Knowledge of the ad-tech industry is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong technical background.

Education & Qualifications:

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
