Supabase is seeking a Product Designer to join our fully remote, globally distributed team. You will shape the user experience across the open-source database platform, collaborating with product engineers, managers, and marketing to take ideas from concept to completion.

You will lead projects, improve onboarding, and drive clarity and usability across products. We value curiosity, side projects, and the ability to balance speed with craft in a technical audience.

Qualificações

• Prototype and demonstrate ideas in practice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product outcomes.
• Active side projects showing curiosity and experimentation.
• Balance quality with speed and ship effectively.
• Maintain high standards for design quality and user experience.
• Comfortably design for a technical audience, possibly with AI-assisted coding.

Responsabilidades

• Align teams with prototypes, user flows, or high-fidelity mockups.
• Improve usability by anticipating pitfalls and resolving issues.
• Lead complex design challenges balancing user needs, tech constraints, and business goals.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineers, Success Engineers, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct or apply user research and use data to inform decisions.
• Contribute to scalable product ecosystem with reusable design primitives.
