Vestas is seeking a Product Designer to craft intuitive, scalable self-service tools within the Digital Solutions & Customer Engagement area. You will collaborate in a cross-functional team, embedding in a product trio with PMs and engineers to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

The role focuses on customer service management in a B2B context, emphasizing data-driven design, component-driven UI in Figma, and a growth mindset with close stakeholder collaboration.

Qualificações

• 3+ years as Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role.
• Experience with SaaS or complex B2B solutions.
• Proficient in Figma and component libraries.
• Experience working in product trio with PMs and Engineers.
• Working with product metrics (Amplitude) and OKR alignment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design intuitive customer service experiences for external customers and internal users with PM and Lead Engineer.
• Translate insights and data into actionable design outcomes for complex digital solutions in a B2B context.
• Build, maintain, and quality assure UI components in Figma across products.
• Ensure design efforts align with product goals and measurable outcomes in a product-led approach.
