Constructor is building a bold, remote-native product design role focused on agentic shopping experiences. You will translate shopper research into interfaces that empower merchandisers and engineers to ship fast, measurable improvements.

You’ll craft interactions across homepage, search, PDP, filtering, guided shopping, and agent configuration, with a strong emphasis on systems thinking and scalable design.

Qualificações

• Own problems, not screens, and focus on high-impact outcomes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Partner with PMs to shape direction and strategy.
• Translate research into production-ready interfaces with engineers.
• Experience leading user interviews and usability tests, plus data analysis.
• Able to design for unfamiliar, complex workflows, especially in B2B.

Responsabilidades

• Define what agentic shopping looks like and map new interaction patterns.
• Design dashboard tools for configuring, training, and optimizing journeys.
• Run UI experiments on live retailer sites and measure outcomes.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups and assets across key surfaces.
• Ensure designs scale with Design Systems and component libraries.
