Sama is seeking an experienced Product Designer on a part-time/contract basis to shape intuitive product experiences for our coaching platform. You will own design from discovery through delivery and collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure brand consistency across the customer journey.

You’ll create wireframes, flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes, participate in user research, aid in building a scalable design system, and help craft landing pages and campaign visuals

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional experience in product design, ideally within SaaS.
• Experience in marketing design, branding, or motion graphics.
• Experience working in start-ups.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered product design and a solid visual design aesthetic.
• Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design/prototyping tools).
• Understanding of design systems and component-driven design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and autonomy.
• Open to working in an environment with limited structure and processes.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and elevate our visual storytelling.
• Support the sales team with design for presentations, one-pagers, and other collateral.
• Ensure brand cohesion across digital product, web, and sales experiences.

About the Role

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,500/month retainer plus additional project-based compensation.
