A fast-growing SaaS company is seeking a Product Designer to take ownership of product design, ensuring high UI quality and usability. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams, mentor junior designers, and have a substantial impact on product-led growth efforts. Ideal candidates should have strong UI skills, advanced Figma proficiency, and experience in B2B environments. This role is fully remote, located in Portugal, offering flexibility and an exciting opportunity for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in B2B, data-heavy products.

• Advanced Figma skills including Make, and high attention to UX quality.

Role Overview

This is an individual contributor role first, with the possible future opportunity to mentor and shape a design team as we grow.

You’ll be the single owner of Product Design, setting the bar for UI quality, consistency, and product impact, and working closely with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design across core and new initiatives;
• Set a high bar for UI quality and usability;
• Evolve and protect our design system for scalable growth;
• Collaborate deeply with Engineering, designing with real technical constraints and trade-offs in mind;
• Partner with Product to translate vision and data into strong UX decisions;
• Design product-led growth flows (activation, adoption, retention);
• Mentor junior designers as the team grows;
• Lead by influence: setting standards, giving strong design critique, and raising the design bar without formal authority.

Requirements

• Very strong UI skills and attention to consistency;
• Proven experience in B2B, data-heavy products;
• Strong collaboration record with engineering teams;
• Advanced Figma skills (incl. Figma Make);
• Experience working with and scaling design system;
• Product-minded and impact-driven;
• Open to feedback: takes critique without taking it personally and gives feedback just as readily;
• Leads with curiosity: asks “why” before designing “how”, challenges assumptions with data, and designs interfaces that are as effective as they are beautiful;
• Role requires tax residency in Portugal;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
