Overview

Mission: Lead the procurement and purchasing team, ensuring the efficient management of sourcing and acquisition processes; align procurement strategies with the company’s objectives while promoting cost optimization, compliance, and lead the technological and process restructuring of the department; will report to the Finance Director.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the procurement and purchasing team, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Develop and implement sourcing and negotiation strategies with both local and international suppliers.
  • Analyze and optimize procurement and purchasing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Manage supplier relationships and contracts, aiming for sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (project management and accounting) to align procurement with business needs.
  • Work closely with internal clients to ensure effective communication and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or added value.
