We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to bring subject matter expertise in procurement, ideally within SaaS and technology. This role is critical in shaping Paymentology’s procurement frameworks, driving contract negotiations, optimising costs, and embedding scalable vendor management processes. What you get to do

• Lead contract negotiations with vendors to achieve the best commercial and risk-mitigated outcomes
• Support the development of procurement frameworks and templates such as vendor onboarding checklists and contract risk matrices for use across the business
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives across multiple categories by identifying and executing savings opportunities
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Cybersecurity to embed procurement risk management into enterprise policies and vendor selection
• Support the rollout of procurement systems, including ERP purchase order processes and third-party risk management tools, and act as system owner

Education and Experience

• 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in SaaS/technology procurement
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, risk management, and supporting the implementation of vendor performance frameworks
• Track record of delivering significant cost savings and shaping procurement processes
• Knowledge of ERP systems, procurement automation tools, and vendor risk management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Procurement; CIPS or equivalent professional certification preferred
