Greenvolt Group is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source and procure goods and services critical to Biomass Operations, supporting supplier selection, contract negotiations and procurement initiatives. You will work with Operations, Engineering, Asset Management and Finance to align procurement activities with project timelines, monitor supplier performance against KPIs and drive cost efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or another relevant field is required.
• 3 years of experience in Supplier Management, Contract Negotiation, Purchasing Strategy or related fields.
• Experience in industrial, energy, utilities, manufacturing, or infrastructure environments is advantageous.
• Exposure to maintenance services procurement, framework agreements or technical procurement categories is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research and supplier assessments for maintenance services and other Biomass Operations categories.
• Develop and implement framework agreements by negotiating technical and commercial terms to optimise costs and service levels.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and competitive tendering to maximise value and supplier performance.
• Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements and framework contracts to reduce procurement risks.
• Develop and implement framework agreements across key procurement categories to align with business objectives.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier consolidation and procurement process improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Asset Management and Finance to align procurement with project timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, addressing quality, delivery, and compliance issues.
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Greenvolt is looking for a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services critical to Biomass Operations, supporting supplier selection, contract negotiations and procurement initiatives that drive cost efficiency, supplier performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and supplier assessments to identify qualified suppliers for industrial maintenance services, operational support activities and other categories relevant to Biomass Operations
• Develop and implement framework agreements, by negotiating technical and commercial terms to optimise costs, enhance service levels and reduce procurement risks, ensuring full alignment with operational requirements and business objectives
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and competitive tendering processes to maximize value, competitiveness and supplier performance
• Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements and framework contracts to optimise costs, improve service levels and reduce procurement risks
• Develop and implement framework agreements across key procurement categories, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and business objectives
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier consolidation, contract optimisation and procurement process improvements
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Asset Management and Finance teams to align procurement activities with business priorities and project timelines
• Monitor supplier performance against contractual KPIs, addressing issues related to quality, delivery, compliance and service execution
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships, promoting continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or another relevant field
• 3 years of experience in Supplier Management, Contract Negotiation, Purchasing Strategy or other relevant fields
• Experience in industrial, energy, utilities, manufacturing, or infrastructure environments is an advantage
• Previous exposure to maintenance services procurement, framework agreements or technical procurement categories is highly desirable
