Robert Bosch Group in Braga is seeking a Procurement Process & Digitalization Specialist to enhance procurement processes, drive digital initiatives, and enable automation across the purchasing organization. You will act as a Key User for SAP, Coupa, and related tools, collaborating with IT and process experts in a multinational setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience in process improvement, digital transformation, procurement, operations, or related environments.
• Exposure to AI use cases or digital solutions is a plus.
• Good understanding of SAP and digital procurement systems.

In this role, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, support digital transformation initiatives, and help identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-driven solutions.

Your contribution to something big:

• Analyze, optimize, and standardize end-to-end procurement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the implementation and rollout of new processes, standards, and digital solutions across the purchasing organization.
• Coordinate improvement initiatives and contribute to project activities focused on process excellence and digital transformation.
• Act as a Key User and first-level support contact for procurement applications such as SAP, Coupa, and other purchasing tools.
• Collaborate with Process Experts and IT teams to define system requirements, support testing activities, and resolve system-related issues.
• Ensure master data quality and consistency through regular monitoring and data validation activities.
• Develop KPIs, reports, and analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for automation, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions within procurement processes.
• Maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials while supporting knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Support internal and external audits and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, and IT teams in an international environment.

What distinguishes you:

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Experience in process improvement, digital transformation, procurement, operations, or related business environments.
• Experience with process optimization, analytics, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI-related use cases or digital solutions is considered a plus.

Know-how

• Good understanding of SAP and digital procurement systems.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and business process management.
• Familiarity with data analytics, reporting, automation, and digital tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven thinking skills.

Languages

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Additional language skills such as German are considered a plus.
