Allianz Services is seeking a Procurement Officer to execute local sourcing and contracting for Portugal, Spain, and Malaysia. You will manage supplier relationships, run RFQs/RFPs, and lead negotiations within SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract to ensure value and policy compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 1-3 years in procurement, with fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and an interest in IT/GenAI. A hybrid work model is offered with international exposure.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of procurement experience, preferably international/shared services.
• Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract; familiarity with SAP MM and procurement reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of procurement governance, compliance and process controls.
• Interest and affinity for IT and GenAI as valuable assets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for local procurement categories, including RFQs/RFPs, evaluating proposals, and supporting negotiations for best value and policy compliance.
• Act as the primary contact for local business stakeholders on sourcing and contracting matters, aligning with business needs and developing sourcing strategies.
• Lead contract negotiations, manage documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze spend data, and implement best practices for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Allianz Global Standard for Procurement and assist audits and reporting with Global Procurement.

Role overview

The Procurement Officer plays a key role in executing sourcing and contracting activities at the local level for Allianz Services locations in Portugal, Spain and Malaysia. This role combines strategic stakeholder engagement with hands‑on responsibility for supplier management, sourcing execution, and contract administration within SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract (S2C), ensuring alignment with global procurement governance, tools, and standards.

What you do:

• Lead and manage end-to-end sourcing activities for local procurement categories, including preparing and running RFQs/RFPs, evaluating supplier proposals and supporting negotiation processes to ensure best value and compliance with internal policies
• Act as the primary point of contact for local business stakeholders on all sourcing and contracting matters, collaborating closely to understand business needs, define specifications, and develop sourcing strategies
• Lead contract negotiations ensuring favorable terms and conditions, manage contract documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, analyze spend data to track procurement performance, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and cost‑effectiveness
• Ensure full compliance with the Allianz Global Standard for Procurement and all applicable regulations, supporting audits, reporting, and documentation control in coordination with Global Procurement

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an international or shared services environment
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract; familiarity with SAP MMand procurement reporting tools is an advantage
• Strong understanding of procurement governance, compliance and process controls
• Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish (written and spoken)
